Love Ministries’ Volunteer Opportunities
Concessions worker, Van driver
Multiple Saturdays during August - November, volunteer opportunites are available to work
concessions as a Love Ministries fund raiser. Volunteers may be individuals or group service
organizations.

Gift wrapping, serve refreshments
During the month of December, volunteer opportunities are available to wrap gifts (usually
one or two evenings), prepare and serve refreshments and snack bags for attendees (two
evenings in December).
Mentor
Serve as a mentor to youth ages 13 and above. Mentors can serve one on one or in a group
setting. Group mentoring session meets onc evening per week. Opportunites to volunteer are
available weekly or one or more times per month.
Monthly helper
Prepare nutritious snack bags and clothing items to be given to the homeless. Volunteers
assists the youth attendess in preparing the snack bags, and provide guidance during the
distribution of the bags and possible clothing items to the homeless.
Weekend teenage camp volunteer
One weekend in May - Attendee Age Group 13 and Above
Volunteer opportunites for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday in May
Assist teachers, tutor, prepare snack bags
Two evenings per week - Age Groups (3-6), (7-8), (9-10), (11-12), 13 and Above
Volunteer opportunites for one or both evenings per week, once or multiple times per month
